1. Sign Up
Don’t have an account yet? Try entering your email first. Sometimes that’s all you need to sign in. If that doesn’t work, click this link to sign up. You’ll just need to provide your name, email, and phone number. Or simply click the “Continue with Google” button to start optimizing your real estate search.

2. My Account
Visit 5TalentRealty.com and click “My Account” to log in to your Property Organizer. The 5 Talent Realty website makes it easy to manage your home search with a simple, user-friendly tool. Your Property Organizer keeps everything in one place, including your saved searches, email alerts, favorite properties, and profile details.

Once you’ve created your account and logged into the Property Organizer, you’ll see four main sections: For You, Saved Listings, Saved Searches, & Profile.
The “For You” tab shows property recommendations based on your saved searches. For example, in the screenshot below, I’ve saved a search for homes with 10 or more acres priced under $300,000 in the Texarkana, TX and Texarkana, AR area.

5. Saved Listings
Slide 1: The Saved Listings tab shows the properties you’ve marked by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner of each listing. You can also save custom searches by clicking the red “Save Search“ button on desktop or the “Save“ button on mobile, located at the top of your real estate search results.
Slide 2: To remove a Saved Listing, click the heart icon again. You can also rate each home from 1 to 5 stars based on how much you like it, with 5 stars meaning it’s a top choice you’d like to visit soon. We recommend saving as many listings as possible to better compare your options and narrow down your favorites before touring in person.
Slide 3: Tap the note icon next to the stars to add personal notes right from your mobile device. This helps you remember what you liked or didn’t like about each home, which is especially helpful if you’re viewing several properties in a short time.
6. Saved Searches
The Saved Searches tab lets you store property searches and receive email alerts for new listings and price changes that match your criteria. You can turn on daily updates by toggling the email option when saving or editing a search. Click the red “Matches” button to view current results or create a new saved search if needed. Be sure to name your searches so you can easily identify them later, just like in the example shown below. You can save as many searches as you want and remove any that are no longer useful by clicking the trash can icon.

7. Profile
The Profile tab is where you can update your contact information so that we can stay in touch with you. This is especially helpful if a new listing becomes available before it hits the MLS or if any other needs come up. Your account profile also stores the email address where you’ll receive your daily email updates.

8. Property Details
Slide 1: View property details for any home in your real estate search, by simply click on the listing.
Slide 2: You’ll be able to see large images, a full MLS summary, property features, interior and exterior details, local information, school ratings, and a map view of the location. You’ll also find similar listings, a built-in mortgage calculator, walk score data, and the option to schedule a tour directly from the listing details page.
9. Schedule Tour
Once you’ve picked your favorite homes go to the property details, it’s time to schedule a tour with local real estate expert Christy Hibbs. Just click the red “Schedule Tour” button, as shown in the example below, and choose a time that works best for you. Christy will contact you by phone or text to confirm the appointment. She’ll guide you through the home, answer your questions, and help you get started on your home buying journey. Time is important. If you love a home, there’s a good chance others do too.

10. Sold, Congratulations
You did it. All the time you spent researching, saving listings, setting up custom searches, taking notes, and touring homes has led to this moment. Your home is now sold or under contract. Whether you were buying or selling, reaching the closing table is a major achievement, and it all began with the tools available on the 5 Talent Realty website.
